HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The shipping time is 2 to 5 days, and the delivery time is 6 to 12 business days after the payment confirmation. However, on average, our orders are being delivered within 18 business days.

The delivery time is counted from the payment confirmation in business days, meaning it does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed, which takes 1 to 5 days depending on demand. Don't worry, 97% of orders are shipped within 3 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order using the tracking code sent to your registered email or WhatsApp.

Since shipping is international, the tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to display the current status.

Correios takes 1 to 3 days to update international tracking codes in their system. So if your code does not work immediately, please be patient and try again the next day.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?

I RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, BUT IT'S INCOMPLETE:

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages, as we use different distribution channels. You may receive the items on different dates. So don’t worry if you don’t receive everything at once—your items will arrive soon.

WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME?

Yes, all orders are shipped to the delivery address provided.

However, in some cases, you may need to pick up your order at your local post office if the address could not be found or if multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

Please track your order using the tracking code sent to your email to ensure it doesn’t get returned to the sender if it is waiting for pickup for too long.

NOTE: Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Most orders are shipped the next day.

Send us an email or WhatsApp message on the same day you placed your order so we can update your address before the order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after the order has been dispatched.
